GIATA's Participation in ITB 2024: An Overview of the Event

Berlin, 26 March 2024 – GIATA, the leading provider of content solutions for the travel industry and channel manager for the hospitality sector, celebrates its participation at the ITB Berlin 2024. The Berlin-based company would like to take the opportunity to thank all the colleagues, peers and customers who joined the meetings and paid a visit at the Travel Tech Café.

ITB Berlin, one of the world's leading tourism trade fair, provided an exceptional showcase for GIATA to talk about the latest product updates, meet long-term partners, and sign important partnership agreements. The dynamic environment at the Travel Tech Café facilitated invaluable discussions about our mapping solutions, and many feedbacks were collected by our sales representatives, product managers and managing directors. Among others, we were pleased to meet the esteemed representatives of Google, Expedia, trip.com, Constellation Software, and Shiji Distribution Solutions.

In addition to that, the 2024 edition marked a positive result in terms of customer satisfaction for GIATA’s hotel content channel manager, GIATA DRIVE, underlined by the opportunity of meeting Deutsche Hospitality, Barcelo Hotel Group, Hyatt, Best Western Hotels.

Moreover, during ITB 2024 seven new companies signed a partnership agreement for the content channel manager GIATA DRIVE:

• the Mallorcan-based hotel group Zafiro Hotels, that manages 14 high-end hotels and has a track record of more than three decades dedicated to the hotel and hospitality industry;

• Sonesta Hotel, Tower & Casino - Cairo, a 5-star, certified Green Star hotel that has ranked within the top 10% of all listed properties on TripAdvisor worldwide;

• the fascinating themed Ponient Hotels, by PortAventura World;

• Sunny Days Hotels & Resorts, with its properties ranging from modern beachfront hotels to the unique experiences offered by its Resorts Spa & Aqua Park;

• the fast-growing group of Panorama Hotels & Resorts, located between El Gouna,Hurghada and Sharm El Sheikh.
